Under the hood, each specialty is a configuration, not a separate product — note formats, terminology, and safety rules are tuned per specialty on the same foundation. Sensitive documentation (for example, risk assessment in behavioral health) is handled under strict safety rules designed to keep the note to what was actually said in the visit.
